We're confident you'll love The Peaceful Sleeper app and all it has to offer! Explore our courses, join live events, connect with our community, and experience The Peaceful Sleeper difference. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at chrissy@thepeacefulsleeper.com for a full refund.
Subscription Terms
After your 7-day refund window, your subscription fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have full access to the app, including all courses, live events, and community features, through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings here at ThePeacefulSleeper.com. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to all app features until the end of your paid billing period.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the app or its features, please contact us immediately at support@thepeacefulsleeper.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Consultations
Consultations need to be canceled at least 24 hours beforehand to be eligible for a refund and are not eligible for a refund after the consultation has taken place. For packages with continued support, no refunds will be granted once the package has been started by the initial consultation.
Academy Certification
The Peaceful Sleeper Academy Pediatric Sleep Consultants Certification is not eligible for refunds.
