The app has sleep training courses dedicated the following ages:

- 0-4 Months

- 4-24 Months

In addition to sleep training courses, Chrissy puts on weekly live-coaching sessions addressing sleep training, but also the general challenges of raising children from ages 0-12 years old.

You may cancel your subscription at any time while maintaining access to the app until the end of your billing date.

For example, if you were to cancel a monthly subscription, you would maintain access until the final day of your original monthly billing date. For an annual subscription, you will have access until the final day of your annual billing cycle.

Yes, the app subscription is separate from consultation services. Consultations are one-on-one meetings with certified sleep training consultants, diving into your specific challenges and tackling them in a customized way. Many of our app subscribers find these consultations to be extremely helpful, so we offer a 15% discount on all consultations (excluding White Glove Services) for our app subscribers.
