Chrissy Lawler

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, lover of sleep, and baby sleep consultant — Chrissy founded The Peaceful Sleeper because she recognized how critically important sleep is in all aspects of life. Many parents are under-informed or feel unnecessary guilt when it comes to sleep training and sleep coaching their baby.

After practicing therapy for over 15 years, Chrissy realized that sleep issues were a common thread among all of her clients. She sought out additional training in advanced sleep medicine and learned that many of the mental health challenges we (and our children) face today stem from inadequate sleep.​ Though every baby is different, there are universal sleep training truths.

Chrissy's goal is to help parents enjoy parenthood—not just endure it—and to take the stress out of sleep training.

An investment in your rest is an investment in your family's well-being.
